Just got my first U28 monthly bill and I got charged RM3 for the itemized bill!
Does that include the snail mail fee? How do I stop it? Can't find any info bout it on the U mobile website.

Thanks!

I may not have the definite answer, but it seems to be yes. Mine also 0 for quite some time and I don't bother to check for almost 1 year. Then recently login U Card and saw the points, but still don't bother much laugh.gif

call 1318 ask the person help you opt for email to receive the bills, then you will save RM3
Note:this only apply after two month mean you still need pay RM3 for the October bills if you can cancel now.

Yeah, good for those want to stay at DiGi for more coverage than Umobile, but the DiGi charging for Call and SMS are bloody high compare to Umobile. Anyway, I'm a happy Umobile users since 2014 January..

Call wise, not much problem, except reception very bad at KLCC LG.

My phone using Maxis at kampung area, reflected Umobile LTE signal instead of Maxis at the phone.
If this is the case, can I port in uMobile from Maxis, does it means, it would be uMobile LTE signal?
