How about the "Handling by Lotus" behind and why Standard CPS don't have this? I'm curious if they have difference.
*
Basically Proton no longer use the "Handling by Lotus" branding since the launch of Preve. Since they have acquired Lotus, they are using "Proton Handling" sort of branding.

Can someone tell me what are the difference between Satria Neo CPS Standard and Satria Neo R3? Why the standard CPS don't have that "Handling by Lotus" behind? Do they have different handling, chassis and suspension or what.

Also, my friend said the CPS Standard cannot install R3 spoiler because it does not have hole to fix it, is this true?
*
1. no difference in handling, chassis or suspension.

2. based on your picture of the white cps standard, the R3 spoiler cannot be installed because you dont have the hole on the left and right top edges of your back window.

3. the new R3 that comes with various colours is no different performance wise with the standard CPS. it's the red R3 model from 2011/2012 that has modified R3 parts (tuning, exhaust, springs etc) to give 145hp.

Remus picture attached, is it too obvious the tips out from bumper?
Is it done purposely or becos the barrel cannot adjust backward anymore?

It can't be adjust any further..since neo have a very limited space for muffler..this is the best i can do,plus it required to trim rear side of the bumper too..

i don't have any problem with the tip, most of remus muffler they purposely make the tip visible and for neo maybe its lil a bit out of it.

What ever it looks, the muffler manage to tamed my turbine engine rough noise down par with s flow type muffler. thumbup.gif

iinm, got hole at the rear screen for the spoiler. looking at the 'new' cps model, looks like base line model bonet/rear screen
base line cant pnp cps or r3 spoiler bcoz no hole.
need to use m or h line rear screen.

btw, need to check back info. coz cant remember correctly..  blush.gif

Recommended to change rear windscreen to fit R3 or CPS Spoiler. Once changed, the spoilers are just plug and play, 6 bolts and nuts only. I just bought my Standard Neo (CPS) last month, and gotten 2 spoilers on standby, just need the time to change the rear windscreen, cost RM139 from Proton Parts Centre (Genuine Proton), excluding labour and sealants. Other shops might try to rip you off by telling u that the rear windscreen is a rare part that's why so expensive
