from entering into sunwai velo can already feel d , the lousy basement food juntion area ... sunwai pour all the lousy
cement on the floor

what i can say is sunwai fansi is too hardcore ..... best thing is go and feel for urself

Haha both aso maybe workmanship no good for this malls. Even those velo condo finishing design n all is lower end compared to ssq condos. Feel mytowns fnb tenants dont suit cheras market while velocity does.

yes.. both malls workmanship are not that good.. which means both malls have its own pro and cons!

mytown F&b tenants are just OK for me, nothing to be "wow" about.. while velo F&B tenants are definitely much better in terms of variety to suit the needs of cheras people..

agree mytown FNB sucks !!
i have to go and makan at ikea and turn back that day when i shop at mytown
cant deny velo did a good job in pulling FNB tennant this way

going out parking took a long time, apparently the road after the exit was ponding and uneven, looks like not fully ready but want to open already, and just like SV, phone no coverage in many areas in the mall, cinema not open yet, parking have to circle many floors up, f&b has a mixture of ordinary and new brands

yup.. they are rushing to open the mall just like SV.. just in time for school holiday

SV's F&B tenants are much better than this mall..
