Is there a fully covered walkway from this project to MRT station?

does anyone know how the MRT alligns in this area? I am wondering if the reason why the actual building is so narrow and the car park being in front has anything to do with where they are allowed to put load given the MRT alignment.

Given the PPR is at the back, it would have made sense to actually put the car park at the back instead of front but these guys put it in front meaning that area could have a load issue.

finally would there be 2 more blocks? someone said Phase 1. I see google earth foundation seems to exist for 2 more blocks.

Doesn't seem like it is affected with the MRT allignment from this picture, and yes definitely there is another 2 blocks coming up in phase 2

And Yes, this is phase 1, phase 2 is 1200 psf and above, but smaller unit.

Haha.. you're absolutely right. But sometimes better or famous architect doesn't mean they know the buyer needs. Developer now engage sales marketing consultant an ID consultant work together with architect during drawing plan prior building plan submission.

It "turnout" to be just another mirror image of the common establish brand.Parking need to merry go around at upper storey.the mascot white goose seems good to be roasted for dinner

Wow... You also entered from the back. The ramp width is two cars wide but not divider. So l observed during my exit, a mpv in front of me racing and trying to overtake the car in front if it.


Infact, this entrance is a better option for someone really doesn't mind of going rounds but purely to avoid long queue to/from Petronas traffic light. Instead, one can use Jln Makhota (of Maluri commi area) then turn right into this Jln Nakhoda Yusof entrance....

The goose(female?) logo is like telling a goose running and jumping around town....
