that is my last time there..

every thing is good except ONe thing I cannot tolerate
traffic IN and OUT is horrible

got to agree with that, the traffic is dam terrible at this area now with this 2 big malls, can't imagine 2 - 3 years down the road with more condos completed and all the sunway projects down, how the traffic is going to be like.

went there today and the traffic there is horrible in the afternoon. traffic light also stupid. but my town mall seems doing great, tons of people shopping there.

even before velo and mytown opened.. the traffic in front of AEON Maluri was damn terrible as well.. bangwall.gif

Visited their gallery yesterday. Nice gallery but feel something not right with design and marketing.

1. Entrance to Sale Gallery - Access not using main road but need go to another junction and exist to dead end road. You need U turn before exist. Weird accessibility in OneCochrane?
2. About 2 acres of land and spent RM20m-30m for showroom -kind inefficient used of space. Their sale gallery even bigger than those twownship developer like SDP, Ecoworld, just to sell 950 units of condo (plus future 2 blocks for 468 units). Reflect inefficient used of space why we need926sf for 2B2R?
3. Nice KL Skyline view backdrop - however the most important element of OneCochrane, Ikea and MyTown buidings are not inside.
4. Registration using Galaxy Tab with 8" screen and the tablet look like staff belonging with many APPS installed.
5. Facilities deck on top of mutiple storey parking - hmmm.

The location is better than Sunway Velocity as it is nearer to Ikea and Mytown.
Unless the price/ft is higher than Sunway Velocity, it is still a very good purchase for own stay.
