The event is for marketing team to gauge the response.
So the lesser ppl the better for buyer because they will be realistic about prices

I just dropby to see see look look today . According to gallery salesperson

1)Indicative RM950psf
2)Maintenance =TBA, most likely rm0.40psf benchmarking sunway velocity residence
3)Start work Q4 2017
4)1st phase
5)Residential and Multi storey Carpark + facility link by a sky bridge ??? IMHO need to walk far far
6)Fronting IKEA/mytown and siding MRT
7)..........

Those carpark facing units need to hve a major discount of at least 50--100psf to account for the horrible view. Good for the developer as they can build the residence first n bill owners n th carpark later on.

not enough. unless for ownstay and never open windows. most tenant at this price point would never accept carpark view. not a question of just lower rental...

The unit layouts are horrible for the price range. The developer really need to engage much better architect for the job.

Also the detached carpark block from main residential blocks another turn off.

u right terrible design layout..who the dumm designer ? i was there
the dual key 2nd room also very small (only single bed) without its dry kitchen doh.gif
no squash court nor badminton court for this price range 9xx .
but huge carpark in front

Velocity has much better layout even though more expensive (smaller sqft and more rooms, better design)
