1)Indicative RM950psf 2)Maintenance =TBA, most likely rm0.40psf benchmarking sunway velocity residence 3)Start work Q4 2017 4)1st phase 5)Residential and Multi storey Carpark + facility link by a sky bridge ??? Those carpark facing units need to hve a major discount of at least 50--100psf to account for the horrible view. Good for the developer as they can build the residence first n bill owners n th carpark later on.

The unit layouts are horrible for the price range. The developer really need to engage much better architect for the job.
Also the detached carpark block from main residential blocks another turn off. All the best One Cochrane. |
