this one a bit hard to swallow for investment, for own stay I urge you to buy it !

9xx sqft x 9xx per sf = 850k onwards
7% discount, still looking at circa 800k starting...

The event is for marketing team to gauge the response.
So the lesser ppl the better for buyer because they will be realistic about prices

This is definitely not the MRT issue, is the DESIGN issue... smile.gif

And Yes, this is phase 1, phase 2 is 1200 psf and above, but smaller unit.
