Boss major islamic bank already hv existing/new HQ.. only RH* looking for more office space...
Also landlease doesnt mean mall sure to do well.. Setiu mall in shah alam nt doing very well even with landlease..

One Cochrane in short - combination of Mutiara Damansara 2.0 (IKEA/MyTown) + Sunway Pyramid 2.0 (Velocity mixed dev) + klcc 2.0(TRX)+ TREC elements ALL IN ONE plus most important underground MRT station.

It is number of new Gov residency build at that area also . Ikea sure do well and bring lot population and job oportunity for that area. just only not sure TRX , sound like very good project but not sure will it do well.


Some more 1MDB in debt . Will it affect the development ?
