can go site to get good sight of the project...even though the surrounding a bit round down...but is very high potential ....

ikea just beside Cochrane Road....connected to MRT

memang goodluck to them..if same price as Velocity than ok la.. but overall Velocity is a better bet than this one.. this one got double mall though..

One of the largest ikea stores in the world should be enough to entice people to this side of town..

KUALA LUMPUR: WCT Holdings Bhd has accepted a RM651.62mil contract from Boustead Ikano Sdn Bhd to build an 11-storey retail complex along Jalan Cochrane here.

WCT said on Wednesday the contract included building a major retail shopping centre with two levels of basement car parks, four levels of retail, food & beverage and entertainment and four levels of elevated car parks.

The entire project was expected to be completed in second half of 2016.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s future earnings and net assets,” said WCT.

I like the way you think. Something must be cooking there. The government has a sizeable land bank in the area. Maybe it's time for them to cash out?

I do believe that all these big players (developers) know what's coming where. The CEOs probably attend PM's birthday party and vice versa. While we try to dig up information from this forum, they get theirs first hand.

If we're looking for MRT 650-sqft studio here in this forum. Developers are looking at acquiring hundreds of acres of land near MRT possibly many years ago.

Buy according to your affordability... Even if I know the FACT that xxx area will be booming, so what? Do I have the $$$ to buy? why I want to be the housing slave for the entire of my life?
