Coming Q3 2015. probably they want wait for IKEA Cheras completion first.

Indicative launch price RM1000psf since 2013, not a surprise if they are increasing by end 2015. Let hope it still within our budget. biggrin.gif

Based landselling price to LandLease, TRX residenses will be should be comparable or premium than BBKLCC new launch.
Estimate between 2k to 3k psf.

One Cochrane in short - combination of Mutiara Damansara 2.0 (IKEA/MyTown) + Sunway Pyramid 2.0 (Velocity mixed dev) + klcc 2.0(TRX)+ TREC elements ALL IN ONE plus most important underground MRT station.

Update from developer. One Cochrane show gallery will be ready end of year. They are postponing the ballot exercise/launching to Q1 or Q2 2016.

Look like they want to wait until IKEA open first.

Visited their gallery yesterday. Nice gallery but feel something not right with design and marketing.

1. Entrance to Sale Gallery - Access not using main road but need go to another junction and exist to dead end road. You need U turn before exist. Weird accessibility in OneCochrane?
2. About 2 acres of land and spent RM20m-30m for showroom -kind inefficient used of space. Their sale gallery even bigger than those twownship developer like SDP, Ecoworld, just to sell 950 units of condo (plus future 2 blocks for 468 units). Reflect inefficient used of space why we need926sf for 2B2R?
3. Nice KL Skyline view backdrop - however the most important element of OneCochrane, Ikea and MyTown buidings are not inside.
4. Registration using Galaxy Tab with 8" screen and the tablet look like staff belonging with many APPS installed.
5. Facilities deck on top of mutiple storey parking - hmmm.
