Lol the name change to MUTIARA 482 COCHRANE now instead of one Cochrane..

Coming Q3 2015. probably they want wait for IKEA Cheras completion first.

Indicative launch price RM1000psf since 2013, not a surprise if they are increasing by end 2015. Let hope it still within our budget. biggrin.gif

They will say dis is 1 stop frm the new financial district which must force all d banks to move thr or no one will relocate rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif KLCC will be the main hub fr O&G companies & financial institutions will be scattered all over d place la.. Most of them cnt afford to build towers on RM3.5kpsf land...

Any news on d anchor tenant of mytown??

If trx at 1500 maybe long queues but until confirmed office tenants n not investors, then only will be viable..

Based landselling price to LandLease, TRX residenses will be should be comparable or premium than BBKLCC new launch.
Estimate between 2k to 3k psf.
