They will say dis is 1 stop frm the new financial district which must force all d banks to move thr or no one will relocate KLCC will be the main hub fr O&G companies & financial institutions will be scattered all over d place la.. Most of them cnt afford to build towers on RM3.5kpsf land...

If trx at 1500 maybe long queues but until confirmed office tenants n not investors, then only will be viable..
