Low floor unit balcony facing car park. no privacy and no view. last choice for tenants. However if entry price is low you should be able to undercut others.

If you see this developer cannot lah, ended up losing the adjacent lands to sunway and binastra. Maybe when they start building in the future will be better.

Kasihan kena tunggu lama, 3 minggu untuk dapat penyewa. Siksa nya hidup mereka.
Dulu projek ni masuk dalam list projek rumah sakit. Banyak yg “kasihan” kepada pembeli malang yang kena scam beli kondo ini. Hari ni subsale banyak owner “desperate” nak jual rumah ni pada harga RM700,000 ke atas. Yang mahu jual lebih RM800,000 pun ada. Pemaju masih ada unit yg mereka mahu jual, tapi harga lebih RM800,000. Maklumlah area padu dekat sgt dgn TRX.

Look up above post, rm620k lelong also got. Inside Project Sakit term, with meeting dateline approach last time, foresee many QC issues later, especially when project stop, then restart thingy, all push dateline
