Kesian mereka asyik kena scam. Dah lebih 20 rumah mereka beli sejak jadi klien.
Beli rumah tak sampai RM560,000 dapat sewa kepada penyewa dari Perancis yg bayar RM3,500 sebulan. Yields 7.5% kesian sungguh.
Kasihan kena tunggu lama, 3 minggu untuk dapat penyewa. Siksa nya hidup mereka.

but project already completed and even at rm620k it is still a good deal! no need to say FR's rm500+k deal!
