Kesian mereka asyik kena scam. Dah lebih 20 rumah mereka beli sejak jadi klien.
Beli rumah tak sampai RM560,000 dapat sewa kepada penyewa dari Perancis yg bayar RM3,500 sebulan. Yields 7.5% kesian sungguh.
Kasihan kena tunggu lama, 3 minggu untuk dapat penyewa. Siksa nya hidup mereka.
Dulu projek ni masuk dalam list projek rumah sakit. Banyak yg “kasihan” kepada pembeli malang yang kena scam beli kondo ini. Hari ni subsale banyak owner “desperate” nak jual rumah ni pada harga RM700,000 ke atas. Yang mahu jual lebih RM800,000 pun ada. Pemaju masih ada unit yg mereka mahu jual, tapi harga lebih RM800,000. Maklumlah area padu dekat sgt dgn TRX.
