buying power sibeh good at ikea lar ...

Need to see crowd whether they are shop?.. can see them walk around got carrying retailer's plastic bag or retailer's paper bag or not. or go stop at the cashier counter to c the how many people in the line. banyak people shop and buy there lar.

of coz traffic flow and the type of customer shop around here are important also... it determine the buying power.

and don't estimate on weekend sale only... weekday sale is very important also. only 2 days crowded and the rest of the days clap flies.. this type of mall....die lor.

He is sorta right - crowded doesnt mean theyre profitable. But being a private company in malaysia they would have exitted long ago if they were aways in the red.

When we comment, we must generalize it.
I understand there are always an exceptional case,
In general, those malls that are making profit are crowded with shoppers. Just check the rental will do.
Just like when we say those students who are excellent in results are hardworking one (of course there are a few % of genuis who need not to do so)

Can you recommend any mall that are very crowded but charge cheap rental?

Please reread my statement. Crowds doesnt always guarantee profits but if there were no profits the shop would have closed long ago.
Pasar malams are crowded but is every hawker doing well? Pavillion is crowded but some shops come some shops go, because they make losses.
I was actually disagreeing with yap.

Haha...

Some business need to sell noodles to a crowd of 100 people a day to start making profit

A Rolex authorized dealer maybe only need to sell 10 watches a month to make profit

But ikea business model best...capture all level of price point from all levels of society from Rm5 per item to per order of RM 10k. Sure that they also throw in loss leader...

No doubt many patrons of ikea are known to go there 6c6c to "copy idea"...

Tropicana heights is landed property in kajang. Gross price was increased fr 750k to rm809k within 3 weeks fr initial launch but after discount can still get at rm768k. If u wanna scout for new gated n guarded double storey terrace, u can consider the subsale terrace hse at kajang 2 selling at 700k. Kajang 2 terrace is located v near to the ktm substation which will bring u to the mrt station which is just 1 stop away. Thr is also an upcoming primary chinese school n a recently opened international school. Thr is also a proposed mall beside d ktm station.

Tropicana Heights F & G too standard. Price not attractive. Never mention whole project total how many units, yet selling so less terrace, foresee future will be high dense, to maximize profit.

Only bang on Tropicana brand. Tough.

KTM? Hopeless.

MRT? Unless is within walking distance, else does not see impact to property.

Cannot recall which year...

apple became the world largest capital company, because the iphone profit margin is high. On the same time, nokia phone still have the largest market share.

Ya will affect a bit but I think IKEA will still grow in turnover
If not mistaken, Malaysia IKEA sales is No.1 in Asia, better than China outlet
Initially IKEA plan to open another centre in Iskandar but it was cancelled
