Is that the actual site of 1Cochrane? From goggle map, there seems to be 3 blocks of high rise buildings under construction at the junction of Jalan Cochrane and Jalan Permaisuri. Still wondering whether that's 1 Cochrane or another condo that has yet to be launched.
The actual site is opposite my town right above the MRT station below...
the 3 blocks is actually government staff quarters going to finish real soon.
the whole big chunk of land is all under Gov and probably LTAT...so they can do anything to it haha
anyway one cochrane have been delayed launching for quite sometime already, their design already finalized long time ago but i guess market is still not ready to accept it...
Agree. Type 3,7 balconies seems to be recessed inwards and block by giant pillars. The nice city views is on the north west side, and the pillars seem to block it. If the pillars are at the side of the balconies, then that's the kind of view onwe would boast about.
i thought they took the time to review the layout again but looks like they couldn't because the foundation is ready or too much work to be done...
unless got very special package...can't see how the project would be viable...
SV2 is more expensive, right? How's the pricing of 1Cochrane compared to the surrounding condos? Cheaper than Lavile?
not sure no indicative yet...but this is already 900 psf...if additional 100psf but better layout and enviroment y not....u have to be in that area to appericiate the difference between velocity and one cocharane...but still i think both are too high for investment and sub sale for cheras is
This project was and has been planned way before this....but due to market condition and financial constraint it was pull back.
Thus why the layout is abit odd, i think maybe for phase 2 they would try to redesign it but it would has to be based on the pilling points and structure strength that has been provided earlier.
It's because this project is under residential title, and there is a danger that a ban on Airbnb, homestay and short-term rentals will take effect once a JMB is formed and irate residents raise this in the AGM.
Yup already have a case which is decided by high court. Unless so powerful that 50% of the owners do airbnb thus bending the house rules
100 buyers x 50k per buyer (tribunal level) is already RM 5M, haven't include whatever material & labour costs increase, the only thing good news for buyer is, it's Boustead, busuk2 also Gov will help, just have to wait
Actually they could have gotten extension from KPKT. extension can be up to 6 months, plus the free 6 months extension from the govt covid law / bill.
So i don't think there will be any LAD incurred at least until Q2 of 2023
