as for your question about GBP, why you must buy it in GBP may i ask? isn't that limiting your choice? or you misunderstood that you need to buy in GBP to pay subscription in GBP? Because,
1 - that doesn't affect your currency in subscription as long as you bought an EU version which gmg offer if you're not in US. (they do show it as US dollar but it's EU version for us malaysians)
2 - registering an EU Square Enix account, and selecting United Kingdom as your country, will put your subscription currency in GBP if this is what you're aiming for.
3 - fake address doesn't matter as long as there's way to pay the subs monthly, and that you remember that address you put in. Because when unforeseen stuff happen to your account, you will need your name, game id, DoB, address to submit to the tech team to validate your the owner of the account, and again, telling them it's a fake address doesn't matter.

Want to ask something here, about standard/entry. Let say i choose standard but i just play 1 character, the next month can i switch to entry level? Or must stick to standard every month, or if i created 2 characters with standard, next month if paying for entry.. i only able to login 1 character? Hope you get what i mean

When you buy from GreenManGaming.com, you will get the EU version, but the initial price they charged you is based on USD. The key they give you will however be for EU version.

Thing with gmg is, they only have 2 group. A - US, B - All other group as EU
They detect where you are by your IP. So as long as you're not in the US, or using US VPN (which gmg might refuse the order if found out), you'll be buying the EU version.

Yes, you will be able to select which character you want to stay active. Say you got A & B in one server, then C in other Server. They will ask you which A or B you want to make active. C will stay active because is in other server. Entry Level allow you to create 8 characters. each One characters in One Server only.

Don't delete the old account, throw in a dummy email to replace the old account first, then only make a new one with the "saved" email address

Yes the code is region lock. If u wan to use ur original email on new account you will have to change the email u use on ur NA acct first before creating an EU account
