about repairing own equip, actually how to do that? I didn't try lvling any DoH. To do repair, do i need specific level of DoH? e.g: can i repair lv30, item level 32 accessories with lv1. goldsmith? btw, what about the grade 1/2/3 matter item? where to get them actually? i only know from beta it's from treasure coffer giving random loot

coz I got my gla to lv35, cnj to lv31, and wow, using repair from menders is extremely costly.

Edit: ooo nvm lol, saw a equip pic and it actually states the lv of specific DoH to repair. My bad, never noticing it. but still, where to get grade matter? is it from mining?

lol, for me personally, i don't even care about gw2 update anymore. the updates already felt like "spam/junk mail" for me

it's in your beta acceptance email...... unless u delete it when the email told u not to. but there's nothing really to check anyway. Usually shoji will give important announcement from SE here

Everyone thinking their idea is superior to the other. Honestly... I think i really hate NA players. Maybe it's adopted in me during years of FFXI dealing with NA players.

Oh, I think GW2 will win in that department. GW2 is focused on PvP I believed. I didn't like the game since I'm not a heavy PvP player. I do enjoy PvP occasionally so I'm glad FFXIV will implement a colloseum type of PvP and WvW-type in latter patch. I really prefer story, co-operative battles, hard-core-grinding-for-superior-equip-dungeon! highly pleasing graphics and music from games which sadly GW2 didn't really meet my expectation lol.

Don't get me wrong from the previous post, I do like GW2, just that not so in love with it if you know what I mean. I know all that bout GW2, but just bought it to pass time while waiting for official launch of ARR. Sadly again, GW2 didn't last long for me though

This question, I'm also seeking an answer. There's different answer to this, all replied by rep posted from players asking the same question. Even the rep have different answer which some saying "yes", some "maybe", some "no". So for the safe side, just buy a EU version for the pre-order code since you're EU 1.0 right?

I personally gamble with buying the pre-order of EU for my NA account.... Now, can anyone help me by directing me to anywhere that I can do a NA pre-order? I think I'll just buy both copy, and present one (maybe keep one for dual boxing lol) or both game codes to whoever wants it after launch.

I'm confused with the above bold statement from amazon. It means amazon will email me the code before early access start is it? When ordering from gmg, it also send me an email saying further instruction will be email prior to early access, but code was given directly when i made purchase, so I just wanna confirm with anyone that had bought from amazon

Really really eye appealing shoji, great work. Really starting to look like a pro FFXIV FC page! Use the forum there more guys! make it become a happening place! which i do believe will eventually happen after official launch of the game lol

i saw that yesterday from someone posting in beta forum too lol. quite handy

if i remember correctly, it's in character config, hotbar or somewhere round there. you need to tick which number of bar you want to show on ur UI. then at UI, arrange where you like to place it. I use it to show skill that I macro so I can see the cooldown timer.

however, i don't know how it's only showing 5 skill icon, or 6 skill icon, isn't it suppose to show 10 slot of square boxes? coz for me, if didn't place any skill in the slot, it'll still show an empty square box. hmmm

as for your question about GBP, why you must buy it in GBP may i ask? isn't that limiting your choice? or you misunderstood that you need to buy in GBP to pay subscription in GBP? Because,
1 - that doesn't affect your currency in subscription as long as you bought an EU version which gmg offer if you're not in US. (they do show it as US dollar but it's EU version for us malaysians)
2 - registering an EU Square Enix account, and selecting United Kingdom as your country, will put your subscription currency in GBP if this is what you're aiming for.
3 - fake address doesn't matter as long as there's way to pay the subs monthly, and that you remember that address you put in. Because when unforeseen stuff happen to your account, you will need your name, game id, DoB, address to submit to the tech team to validate your the owner of the account, and again, telling them it's a fake address doesn't matter.

Thing with gmg is, they only have 2 group. A - US, B - All other group as EU
They detect where you are by your IP. So as long as you're not in the US, or using US VPN (which gmg might refuse the order if found out), you'll be buying the EU version.

EU square enix website? you mean EU Square Enix Account Management site?

from what I know, no matter where you log in from into SQEX Account management, it'll always redirect you to the one you initially set your country with the account in.
so, if I understand correctly, (sorry, due to SQEX damn many type of website, it's really unclear and i'm guessing how your friend registering it) your friend should have logged into his NA SQEX account management page, but he can activate FF14 with an EU code? BTW, you're talking about FF14 1.0? or beta code? but anyhow, it's impossible to do that leh.... is there some misinform info from your friend side?

PS: BTW, i'm not being cocky or whatever, I'm really interested to know if there's really a possibility of that happening.. I really want my account to become EU or at least able to use EU code since my NA account is driving me nuts.

I ask because I only get a link that direct me to SE pre-order thank you page, that only have an option which is to key in my email. They will send me further instruction prior to early access to key in the pre-order code that I have.
Actually, I only get one link after pre-order from GMG, and also one link after ordering from amazon(US) as well, which is all to that key in email page either for EU(from gmg) or US(from amazon).
