Yes Kenwingston Platz by Kenwingston (the main con of KLTS).
KLCC view units of KLTS possible being blocked by this project (50+ storey high).

Jalan Gombak will be as pack as Jalan Sentul Pasar and Jalan Kepong soon.

KL Traders Square - 2550 units
Ayuman Suites - 553 units
Residensi Hektar (rumahwip) - 2400 units
Residensi Inspiria (rumahwip) - 900 units
Residensi Wangsa Meranti (rumahwip) - 160 units
Kenwingston Platz - 849 units


The above only taking in account new project. Not yet include existing ones along Jalan Gombak such as MH Platinum Residence, Prima Setapak 2, Gombak 126, etc.

Yes. Is behind near to HTC and next to the low rise apartment.

I would not surprise as this is part of local authority requirement to have RUMAHWIP. Even Sentul Point too

You mean the one boarded up with the Kenwingston branding? That land is much smaller than KLTS. How many can they even fit there? Confirm gonna be bird cages size then...
