Setapak resident here....pass by this place and often frequent the shops. The tenant quality is not good. I wouldn't buy for own stay. Shops below not bad though. But overall just feels congested,crowded etc. Not very conducive to raise a family I suppose.

I think that's what u get when your cram over 1.6k units. This project would have been much better if it was around 1k-1.2k mark.

Mr DIY opening soon and also got a bank operating soon as well taking the other side empty corner lot.
