Yes all similar layout. Either 3 pure bedroom unit or 3+1 utility room unit. Utility room is real store room. Not able to fit single bed size.

I thought got a bit studio or 2r.
So the density won't be so high in term of number of people living in these units.

I saw some of the brickwall doesnt even have rough plastering finishes, only brickwall surface. I thought should have at least fullfill the bomba standard of having certain thickness on wall.

Setapak resident here....pass by this place and often frequent the shops. The tenant quality is not good. I wouldn't buy for own stay. Shops below not bad though. But overall just feels congested,crowded etc. Not very conducive to raise a family I suppose.

I think that's what u get when your cram over 1.6k units. This project would have been much better if it was around 1k-1.2k mark.
