You are eligible for 100% loan for 1st time homebuyer but if this is your 2nd property, need to fork out 10% downpayment. |

This is not Prima/RUmahWIp but it's under Rumah Mampu Milik Scheme Wilayah. Meaning in your agreement there is no obligatory to prevent rent, resell within moratorium period. Need 10% downpayment if you re not 1st time homebuyer
