Lower floor only 1 car park, and above certain level 2 car park. With that price average >RM550/psft, is kinda hard to swallow.

Do you mean they will get temporary CF and handover keys block by block ?

I remember I've asked SA what is the small green island sitting in the middle of carpark and just next to the building (less than 20m away). She told me that was for the HTC's pylon, i was surprise how near it would be if everything materialized.

Sure or not? Parklane 4225 unit with below average facilities also around RM1300.

I saw some of the brickwall doesnt even have rough plastering finishes, only brickwall surface. I thought should have at least fullfill the bomba standard of having certain thickness on wall.
