Setapak resident here....pass by this place and often frequent the shops. The tenant quality is not good. I wouldn't buy for own stay. Shops below not bad though. But overall just feels congested,crowded etc. Not very conducive to raise a family I suppose.

I think that's what u get when your cram over 1.6k units. This project would have been much better if it was around 1k-1.2k mark.

You mean the one boarded up with the Kenwingston branding? That land is much smaller than KLTS. How many can they even fit there? Confirm gonna be bird cages size then...

OH MY GOD. Family home in Taman Setapak. I'm glad i bought outside of that area for future stay to start new family. Had a hunch years ago that Jalan Gombak gonna kena kaw kaw.

Now that malay reserve land there kena kacau already, hope they ensure the roads in that kampung road also widened. But this level of density is a bit crazy.
