What is the estimated completion of this project?
Since I can see the building rise up quite high already. (Not sure is all blocks or just a few blocks).

This project will be a prominent structure along Jalan Gombak. Now whenever I passed by there will be amazed by the size of the project. And also the banner about the facilities on offer.

You can compare with (all along Jalan Gombak)
Ayuman Suite - Further down away from the city.
Residensi 126 - Completed but maybe dead. abandon now.
MH Platinum - Newly completed. Nearer to the city.

Massive project maybe developer holding the launch of the later block to earn more but looking at the current market. surplus and slow. I think they are force to give better offer as long as able to sell. There are other projects completed VP but still not fully sold out.

Is a good buy for own stay because of the facilities on offer. When is the completion? All blocks completed together? or by phrases?

Congrats. Very fast progression. Last year when I ask ppl stating project completion in 2020. But now can be completed next year.

Jalan Gombak gonna be filled with more cars heading towards Bulatan Pahang. haha.

Good luck to KLTS and Jalan Gombak.

With 2 other RUMAHWIP coming up nearby Pasar Gombak, high density as well: Hektar and Inspiria. Of course surely will impact the road traffic, surrounding and supply in term of renting out. Well not next year of course, but in 3-4 years time when those RUMAHWIP completed.


p/s: RUMAHWIP Wangsa Meranti also tag along off Jalan Gombak but is a low density project.

Hearsay at KLTS, there is reserve land for a RUMAHWIP block purpose. Just like Lakeville, suddenly got a rumahwip block coming up after successfully selling the project.
Not sure how true is this rumours.
