Dai gor Mr Wah Biang's taste prefer high density? @@ hahaha actually high density is good 1. Ignore about investment and use for own stay. What charges should be enough to cover and chances to increase the maintenance fee is low. I have friend who bought you residences . The JMB has increased the management fee. Sad . Low density but not enough to cover the total common area costs.
Maybe 1 day Malai developer force to build this. 40to 60 storey high rise.

have tosee $$ do ppl... wan low dense wan big wan KL wan freehold, wallet not enuf thick...
sumtime we need landsize too, this KLTS got 17acres, other project maybe only 6-8 acres only...
but still dense... haha

Unit type A selling very slowly in this development - any ideas why? Facing west such a big deal?

Depends on the sale performance, if it's hot product then west direction also can sold out.

But they're not selling. Other units have sold out almost - many red dots at showroom display. Type A west facing almost none sold. Price should be reduced.

wait until vped, they might offered lower price than launch price? My friend condo which bought 3-4 years ago at ulu area (still in KL though), until today also left many developer units. Appreciation zone? sweat.gif

i just placed a booking but just realized it is still under commercial title. The agent told me that the developer is converting it to residential title, but have no idea how long it will take…

Is there any miscommunication? The title will not be converted to residential title. You can just appeal to convert the TNB rate from commercial to residential when you get your first bill after the project is completed smile.gif
