Is there any miscommunication? The title will not be converted to residential title. You can just appeal to convert the TNB rate from commercial to residential when you get your first bill after the project is completed smile.gif

Hi, yes there are still units available for this project. Sizes start from 842sf to 1059sf and pricing starts from abt RM440k onwards after rebate smile.gif

TNB rate can be converted to residential rate. No issue but it can only be done when you get your first tnb bill. u need to fill up a form attached with ur IC and tnb bill, with a stamping fee of rm10.
