Hi, yes there are still units available for this project. Sizes start from 842sf to 1059sf and pricing starts from abt RM440k onwards after rebate smile.gif

The agent told me that developer is converting to residential title…

It's residential rate (for tnb only), not title.
Water still remained as commercial rate.

things getting quite confusing.. this is the message i get from the agent.

"The title is under commercial As for the utility bills such as TNB we are in the midst of application to convert to Residential"…

they said they are doing the conversion and pending TNB feedback, but i think we ourself also do the conversion could be better.

Anyway, i'm one of the tower A buyer. smile.gif

TNB rate can be converted to residential rate. No issue but it can only be done when you get your first tnb bill. u need to fill up a form attached with ur IC and tnb bill, with a stamping fee of rm10.

just signed my loan agreement..

Is there any facebook neighborhood group for KL traders square? So that we can make group buy upon buying furniture to get great price slash.

Facebook group there is also. Search SCP KL Traders Square Residences (Strictly for Owners only)

4.5km to Taman Melati LRT
