Good luck to KLTS and Jalan Gombak.

With 2 other RUMAHWIP coming up nearby Pasar Gombak, high density as well: Hektar and Inspiria. Of course surely will impact the road traffic, surrounding and supply in term of renting out. Well not next year of course, but in 3-4 years time when those RUMAHWIP completed.


p/s: RUMAHWIP Wangsa Meranti also tag along off Jalan Gombak but is a low density project.

Hi guys, i have visited the sales gallery and compare it with a few property nearby. The price is kinda attractive , what do you all think of PV18 in setapak.

klts finishing will better than pv project.

pv18 area is will facing traffic issue now already jam , because i am staying one of the pv project.

for own stay i will go for klts .

finishing is still subjective, fren bought Seasons Garden and complaint the workmanship also, you can find out from SG FB in older post. Then now is the maintenance problem since is enjoying free period, not much taking care on the common area.

Just received offer from MBB on my loan. 4.47% interest rate. HLB offered 4.4% for 2 years and 4.55% for subsequent years. Which one is better?

Hektar 2400 units
Inspiria 900 units
Kenwingston Platz 849 units

Hearsay at KLTS, there is reserve land for a RUMAHWIP block purpose. Just like Lakeville, suddenly got a rumahwip block coming up after successfully selling the project.
Not sure how true is this rumours.

Yeah highest after OUG Parklane. And parklane spread out into 3 different development.
