i just placed a booking but just realized it is still under commercial title. The agent told me that the developer is converting it to residential title, but have no idea how long it will take…

things getting quite confusing.. this is the message i get from the agent.
"The title is under commercial As for the utility bills such as TNB we are in the midst of application to convert to Residential"… |

just signed my loan agreement..
Is there any facebook neighborhood group for KL traders square? So that we can make group buy upon buying furniture to get great price slash. |
