Unit sold at 402k. As expected will hit 400k.

Buyer still confidently thought the unit is vacant. Yes through site visit from outside seems like vacant unit. But didn’t check the water bill with the management office? Or TNB bill?

Is there any redeeming quality to buying or living here? Seems to be a cesspool of maintenance issues, poor build quality and unsavory tenants.

Budget property doesn’t mean it has to be a write-off.

Which condo will get best experience and can get good ROI between Platz, KLTS and Flora because this 3 condo are very near.
