Is this area still hub pelacuran? Or has it gotten better? Certainly doesn’t seem like an own stay type of place.

Never ending lelong from KLTS actually.

With Kenwingston project beside and also thousands of rumahwip / PPAM project on the opposite. The whole Jalan Gombak will be like Jalan Sentul Pasar in future. Left and right high rise.

Another lelong unit sold today.
This time from the shop lots.

This owner bought Ground, Level 1 and Level 2 units.
But only Ground floor unit sold today.
Level 1 and 2 no taker.

From 1.215M, sold at 1.4M.
Good catch?
