Lelong unit sold today.
From 378k. Fight and sold at 407k. Size 842sqft.
I think just slightly below subsale market price.

Maybe at this cheap price will attract few bidders fight?

Flora Residency progress. Looking not bad, stripes like zebra.

Progress seems fast. I still remember on Jan 2020, I record the progress (on level 9 or 10), Now on Feb 2021 already at top floor.
