Is there any redeeming quality to buying or living here? Seems to be a cesspool of maintenance issues, poor build quality and unsavory tenants.

Budget property doesn’t mean it has to be a write-off.

Is this area still hub pelacuran? Or has it gotten better? Certainly doesn’t seem like an own stay type of place.

I suppose this is why people stretch their budget to not buy units that are too affordable.
