Guru.. ppls still pay him so that they can buy more lemons. No one is god la..1 or 2 out of 10 lo 😁 now pay monthly for FB private group lol

It's normal, everyone can be guru during property boom...still giving examples of how he earned 100% profit buying Tropicana tropics, the zest and axis ampang nowadays...Wondering which project he bought from 2014 will make money(bought new undercon from 2014 not vped 2014 ya) ...I doubt those recommended projects in seri kembangan and Damansara damai can make money....mrt bxxshit blah blah

But at least still focus in property, not like some one from property guru to bitcoin guru and now back to property?😂

During bull run, almost every punters who went in early believed he is a gold finger, guru, almost certain to invest more. Given most invest with leverage and if he didnt exit the market, he is likely overburden with debts.

In any type of investment, don't overexposed yourself. I see many prop gurus urge their followers to pour money in prop only, pushed their salary/DSR to max just for prop loan without considering the risks.

Typically i spread my investment to 50% low risk, 40 % medium and 10% high risk. Prop fall under medium, imho. I have only one prop, sometimes do well sometimes not but thankfully I can never defaulted the payment.

The mall is at least 60% complete, if they really abandon project, maybe DBKL could get someone else to take over.

Such a waste to abandon, the initial idea of this mall is good.

I think the mall at this location at first place is already a bad idea.

Some developers put a mall not because the catchment market but purely to sell the whole development at premium price.

now development with mall attached become curse....

only reputed developer with experience in mall operation will has high chance to success..

the small ikan bilis developer sure will hit the wall.... but buyers will affected most...
