In any type of investment, don't overexposed yourself. I see many prop gurus urge their followers to pour money in prop only, pushed their salary/DSR to max just for prop loan without considering the risks.
Typically i spread my investment to 50% low risk, 40 % medium and 10% high risk. Prop fall under medium, imho. I have only one prop, sometimes do well sometimes not but thankfully I can never defaulted the payment. |

The mall is at least 60% complete, if they really abandon project, maybe DBKL could get someone else to take over.
Such a waste to abandon, the initial idea of this mall is good. |
