Agreed that shud try buily n sell.. and new rules still can be implementrd such that they will complete the building.. that why we call it new rules, else if follow old basic principles only, then thats not new rules...

If not mistakenly , the built and sell concept was already implemented by few developers in Malaysia which i cannot recall.

I received a letter mention that the fund is approved but need to extend till next year Q1 only can be resume.... so late meh?
