The mall is at least 60% complete, if they really abandon project, maybe DBKL could get someone else to take over.
Such a waste to abandon, the initial idea of this mall is good. |

I hope DBKL (after clean up of corrupted official) will consider taking up the project and develop it
Such a waste and eyesore, not to mention a bad reputation to Malaysia economy |

In the past DBKL corrupted and want only under table $$, of course won't revive abandon projects.
I'm hoping for new DBKL that will be managed better and care about development of KL |

I wonder, these few years have how many abandoned projects in KL and Selangor?
Upcoming, I suspect Maju at Sg.Besi has potential of abandoning the project due to no swimming pool and no free carpark and yet selling expensive + high density What will happen to those abandoned projects?? Just leave to rot? |

Gov should fine the developer for abandoning the project, until they declare bankrupt.
Confiscate the property and auction off to other developer to complete |
