The best solution is built then sell. Those hoping for price increase during construction period has to bare the risks.

During uuu time, BBB exclaimed they were rewarded for taken the risk. Similarly, would suffer losses if things didn't turned out well. There is no such thing as sure bet.

I received a letter mention that the fund is approved but need to extend till next year Q1 only can be resume.... so late meh?

masalah ialah...this project still under construction forever... even give you negative interest rate...but you never can occupy your house

from what i understand, this project in Selayang last time was an awaited project. Everyone was waiting for it to be completed. Due to the concept of the mall and everything. I believe once it starts launching again, this will be a huge impact on Selayang. Can't wait to see how it goes and play out!
