Yeah agree, shud have similar laws.. incompetant directors need take responsibility... Then more trust, market will be better too..

Agreed that shud try buily n sell.. and new rules still can be implementrd such that they will complete the building.. that why we call it new rules, else if follow old basic principles only, then thats not new rules...
