own stay, work at subang airport area. Dont know about investment, but happy for own stay.

How lovely. There’s some humanitarians out there who deign to pay 800 psf to live in a luxurious setting next to refugees, factory workers and lord knows what else. UNICEF would have appreciated those funds more than a developer.

If you paid half the price then know your place and accept where you’re at - a high class worker’s dorm. How muhibah of you. It’s a lovely place after all...

Congratulations! I believe you bought at the right time and at the right price (since auction unit). Kwasa Damansara is stirring into life and will lift up the surrounding areas eventually...

Developer SDB no longer allowed direct transfer now.
Your case is the last few purchase to get through with direct transfer. Either during this period:
1. Still master title.
2. Title issued by developer but yet to get approval from land office.

Currently all done and dusted so need double transfer unless the initial owner already completed the MOT.

From the main sg.buloh road - don't see many shops taken up/open for business.

Is it the train station not yet open for all? i search google map (today) if going to all the main area like KLCC, Pavilion KL, KL Sentral by public transport option, all is more than 1hour. So actually this project most is target what catergory tenant working at which location? The price drop is so tempting but the location honestly look like not good? But this developer handcraftship is good i know.

There’s better locations if you want access to KL. This is more for Subang/PJ/Damansara access at a very low price.
