If tg can appreciate frm tower 1-4, its nett n gross price would have risen 20%in tandem Nevertheless, i am very interested in the performance of 3 sdbs products namely wotp, hub n sqwhr n their subsale performance. Buying w projects w high rebate/discounr which is not reflected in gross spa price is that you get relieve from rpgt and 'profit' the gain when buy, not when sell.
