QUOTE(Calculator2013 @ Sep 18 2013, 11:08 PM) 12 units per floor. Total six lifts, one of it is service lift. I think 10 units per floor lah.... Basalta namely volcanic rock while Clarita means clarity or bright I supposed.Depends which block you are referring to. Block Aurora front face KLCC, back face Tesco. Block Balista front face Jalan Ipoh, back face flat. Block Clarita front face shops or Tesco, back face KLCC. |

Was told this one is gonna be GBI Building.... I googled some info..
WHAT IS A GREEN BUILDING? A Green building focuses on increasing the efficiency of resource use – energy, water, and materials – while reducing building impact on human health and the environment during the building’s lifecycle, through better sitting, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and removal. Green Buildings should be designed and operated to reduce the overall impact of the built environment on its surroundings. http://www.greenbuildingindex.org/why-green-buildings.html From FAQ. What are the benefits of GBI certification? GBI certification gives you a measurable assessment of how “green” or sustainable your building is. The benefits of a green building include: 1. Green buildings are designed to save energy and resources, recycle materials and minimise the emission of toxic substances throughout its life cycle 2. Green buildings harmonise with the local climate, traditions, culture and the surrounding environment 3. Green buildings are able to sustain and improve the quality of human life whilst maintaining the capacity of the ecosystem at local and global levels 4. Green buildings make efficient use of resources, have significant operational savings and increases workplace productivity 5. Building green sends the right message about a company or organisation – that it is well run, responsible, and committed to the future |

QUOTE(kochin @ Sep 20 2013, 10:15 AM) the infra could have been much better imho. Very fair assessment. dbkl should impose both mahsing and eco to jointly provide a elevated u-turn for ease of motorists plying this route. although there's a dedicated u-turn at the round-about, it's not very decent nor pleasant. if dex have a dedicated ramp to it, why shouldn't both this development have it as well? commercial thrive on good infrastructure. 4 lanes inside is BS if the 2 lanes outside are already choke with traffic with drivers waiting in their car outside the banks. kekeke. pros: decent size (i meant overall development, sustainability) decent facilities decent concept okay location freehold decent furnishing sheltered walkpath to ktm station decent layout of units (practical) cons: high maintenance fees even though going green and with mass no of units. could have better infra imho. guess it all boils down to price now. Dex has the ramp because the lank bank there is much larger. Moreover, this ramp was promised since Alam Puri condo days...like 5-6 years ago. I seriously hope they can work on the maintenance fee. Combining the facilities in all three blocks should have synergy effect but the 40cent said otherwise. More work to be done by this team. 1+1+1= >3 remember this equation hor....EcoSky.... Can't wait to see the unit finishing a..... |

In short, the ramp to Dex is long overdue. The price of Dex said quite a lot 720PSF (despite leasehold)....hehehehe. Good thing is Dex construction is progressing as I can witness very oftenly.
As for TMS and EcoSky to work together for a overhead U Turn...hmm... I have no cue but it would be great to have. |

QUOTE(kochin @ Sep 20 2013, 10:47 AM) mahsing won't do it lah. Yeah. Moreover they are cut and paste king but work very fast hand fast leg. Till date still no construction of a sales Gallery at their lakeville site despite claiming in progress.he would claim can zig-zag its way to kepong and use kepong roundabout instead or the elevated ramp there. |
