Location is near MRR2. It can connect to Batu Caves, GOmbak and then Melati,etc.... The other side is to LDP via MRR2.

It's accessible to Duke via Jalan Kuching or MRR2 near Sri Gombak.

It really depends how on define good. Site is 10km from KLCC. Site is higher than Jalan Kuching finished floor elevation.

I should be there. Despite all my earlier criticism, I find it doable. But I decided not to go for the 18.

This is my two prong baby. I have 30% chance staying there as of how... icon_idea.gif I am totally Sold.

Lil bird told me that all have been taken internally. Provision has been made for several banks to operate here. Even reserved parking are allocated.

If they follow the norm, they won't engage any agents. That is not their style. They have enough competent SA to sell their products.

I wasn't convinced by the FH status. I asked so many times. Someone shown the way that it is indeed FH.

The location is still not superbly great as the surrounding is still pretty crappy. The entire plan of a improvised SWP really get me into it. I am sold. I will surely go there to check out the show units on 22nd.

SWP is Setia Walk Pucong. This project started poorly except those good facing retails. But it ends up strong. The concept in SWP will be improvised and put in use in EcoSky. As of how and what, you have to see see look look at SWP and then check out Ecosky to see the differences.

The smaller type is D. 861sqft. Then A, B and C types which are 3-room with two cp. if were to take and still available, I will take A or B... Can't remember details as IPad slides flip siberh fast....they are like 1089-1227 sqft.... One with more rectangular layout and other with more squarish layout, making look wider..

I think they have been fed with 'dumb' pills. No one speak out about this MRT line 2.

I am extremely curious why suddenly 3-4 players revive this part of Jalan Kuching. Ecosky, Lakeville by Mah Sing, Kiara East by SBC, S18 by F3Capital.....

This Ecoworld is NEW... They will need to do something to send the WOW signals to everyone. On 22nd September, they are doing nationwide launching.... Balloting for EcoBotanic for cluster homes and semi-D. Reportedly, several thousand cheques received till date. And on the same day, EcoSky is having grand opening with all four show units are opened for viewing plus other programs.

I think 'Wong' areas are normally plagued with traffic issue such as Jalan Cheras, Jalan Puchong, Jalan Pahang, etc. even NKVE is jammed up at certain hours on daiy basis. So, Jalan Kuching is not spared.

If recently the jam at Jaln Kuching is a bit too frequent, itis due to the reconstruction of the kerb along it near Tesco as well as near flat Jalan Kuching )near Boulevard Service Apartment).

Further up there are 3-4 parcels of project namely Kip Park Utara or something like that. Started with town houses, DSL, and then semi-d and last one are semis D and bungalow facing another small lake and Bulatan MRR2 Jalan Kuching....

Today should be open based on SPS's procedure. They hardly closed for PH.....

Any more news about KVMRT2 in this area?

I can't disagree with you. They have to do someing about it. I am not sure they are trying to under promise and over deliver. Or they are anticipating the cost going to go up in line with government proposed electricity price hike, minimum labor cost, etc.....

They told me that they will look at ways to trim it... Naturally, maintenance cost would be trimmed as the facilities and management cost are optimized. Unlike Solace, Brio and Rio that have three set of similar facilities. Now ES has one much larger facilities.

The overall concept and their willingness to make it work impressed me and got me SOLD thought have so much critics on location and FH/LH status.

Having said all the above, need to go see the show units and see finals details on Sunday to make a better judgement.

What are the catalysts?..... A successful place with office retail and nice service apartment plus this location is not far from Matta Trade Centre....with sight option of using kommuter. kommuter saptation is located about 400 meter away. Covered walkway from ES to the station. Walking timeis about 5-6 minutes...
