From the masterplan they came out, I questioned them point by point with intention to understand the rationale of it. Now I know why they put the 33,000sqft green or park at the north east corner of the project. Apparently as of now, there are greens over there that could help to block off the noise and pollution of the traffic.

QUOTE(feizaiII @ Sep 16 2013, 06:58 PM) Mtrade is far compare to others dutamas project.. KTM is very hard to convince youngster like you.. Unless KVMRT2 is coming, else not sure why they putting so high price in this area. Anyways, Lakeville selling rm700psf make this better buy... I have no answers for that....hehehehe. Lakeville and Kiara East make EcoSky looks affordable but that ain't a good justification.Yeah spot on, Youngster LIKE ME prefer MRT than kommuter but then if car-less, akar pun berguna. |

QUOTE(tangibee @ Sep 16 2013, 07:57 PM) Nothing is certain. One gotta know the concept, understand the overall, trust the people can deliver and then create value in it, evaluate the price vs finishing of the unit, number of carpark, etc etc etc. I can see the retails lots will surely work.... They will know how to manage the pull factors. |

QUOTE(waga @ Sep 17 2013, 09:32 AM) Visited the sales gallery yesterday..........am impressed by this old new company's 1st project and rushing this project before the Oct Budget...............mmmm.....considering to buy one small unit..........but my head still On this 22nd Sept, they are launching both projects nationwide in BIG scale. EcoSky and EcoBotanic. These are their first two projects. For them, they are like a must make it project to them as they recently bought 1k acres of land in Selangor, Johor, etc.... Sifus.........what are the positives here besides the green things /commuter train (opposite) / FH Negatives IMO shd be the high maintenance fees of .35 / .40 cents per sf ? Ask yourself what is your purpose of buying and then look at it again....I think what they put up in their four show units are critical. If they look same old, then it may not tilt the equation. |

QUOTE(brianccg @ Sep 17 2013, 09:38 AM) PPR is nearby and if they build a sky bridge to KTM, it is a long distance walk and wonder how many of us is going to take train to city as need to transit at Sentul Station then to KL which may simply take you 1 hour. You can use the short cut to bypass the roundabout to KL but by then the bypass will be floated with massive traffic. See the timetable. Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(Calculator2013 @ Sep 17 2013, 09:58 AM) Bro tengster, you are like SA oledi. So pro in selling ES good points. Hahaha.... Actually I had mentioned all the bad points too... Low cost flat, row of workshop, etc.... Pricey....However, my main concern is the 40cents psqft maintenance fees. Sigh.... I also questioned their land status till I saw bursa announcement. My scepticism was answered.... |

QUOTE(Martinis @ Sep 17 2013, 10:36 AM) Never been inside kommuter train before. Is it basically the same as LRT inside the cabin? Maybe more carriages? How about the stations? Clean? Previously, it was just average to bad. Nowadays, all are new trains with some coaches for lady only. Fully air conditioned. I think the speed is okie. Cleanliness is okie.... But if packed like sardine, then lain cerita.During Bersih 3.0, from Batu Caves to Bank Negara there, took about 20-25 min.... |

QUOTE(schowin @ Sep 17 2013, 01:33 PM) Any residents in Tmn Wahyu, Tmn Residensi Kippark & PPR flat still complaining about the rubbish smell? After my visit at sales gallery, I spoke to residents at Taman Wahyu in E&O restaurant. I spoke to the boss son. He pretty much confirmed like more than 10 years ago. It smelled bad everyday at about 7pm. Nowadays. Free relocation of waste dumping site, no more smell. What left are basically the waste transfer station and proposed project? The sour rubbish smell almost killed me in my car near to the petrol station in between kippark and metropolitan park. But it was only yesterday. I don't smell anything most of time when i passed by there. |

QUOTE(maldiniho @ Sep 17 2013, 02:03 PM) Will there be a pedestrian overhead bridge to link EcoSky to the KTM station? Currently, there is already one overhead pedestrian. It is friendly enough. Bus stop had been earlier relocated with longer waiting lanes for buses and scavenging taxi.Looking at the satellite map, it looks like it is not "pedestrian-friendly" if one has to walk across the road. 4 lanes at least from I can see on the map, and probably fencing at the mid-section. EcoSky committed to build shaded walkway from the site to the pedestrian overhead walkway. Seeing is believing. You see, I provide so much info until people think I am a SA. |

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Sep 17 2013, 10:45 PM) It is just a matter of time the Eco World goes listed in a possible fastest way to establish themselves at the top. The timing matters the most. Several days before the simultaneous launchings EcoSky and EcoBot. These people are very strategic in carving every steps....Securing Focal Aim also mean more lands??? |

If given the choice,I will choose unit facing KLCC direction. High floor.
I really didn't realize there is smell of rubbish. Longtime ago, there was smell but the rubbish hill had been relocated. This is where SriUtara Kip Park is located now. Kommuter stationis about 400-450 meter apart. Covered walkway all the way. |

QUOTE(kochin @ Sep 18 2013, 09:51 PM) tengster boss, mind sharing more information pertaining to the layouts? There are 5 main types.A to D size ranging from 861 to 1237. Smaller than 1k is with one CP. larger than that is with two CP.which type are the majority, which are the minority. i agree mid-high floor klcc views are the best bets. what units are these? with 940 units, it's crucial to get the better units, no? pls share with me your views. it's greatly appreciated boss! I will take the larger units I.e. type B or type A. Type B1 and B2 are mirror image...I click LIKE. As for Type A1 and A2, there are slight difference. One is more squarish making in look wider while the other layout look more longer I.e. rectangularish... I prefer squarish type. Like anybody who went there, photo taking is strictly prohibited. No artist impression is placed there except IPad slides. No sales chart available. I don't know what is popular. Personally, I will go for A or B.... |
