I bought a unit at the high floor, has been monitoring this thread since the first post, the feeling of us(buyers) started from enthusiasm at the beginning till now is frustrating. Honestly, i feel vv dissapointed with ecoworld, rush my time to get loan, now ended with no dibs. Ecoworld, if u want to have a good starting reputation, u better give us(buyers) a good explanation n alternative, not juz 4% rebate even without calling me, i onli know about the 4% through this thread n cal them to verify.

Fennel I noticed that also but yet to verify further, it looks like the new policy really strict, does anybody can confirm even for projects already got their APDL with DIBS prior to announcement can only offer that til 31 Dec 2013?

One small comment, even before they launched, I think they foresee that DIBS will be abolished by G in Budget 2014.
Why not just launched without the DIBS package, and provide lower nett price?
Moreover, even after the cancellation of DIBS, purchasers are not well informed. The speed of communication from EcoWorld to purchasers surely needs improvement.
