Crap place surrounded by low cost flats, link workshop factories and a quiet Tesco Extra (quiet).
I doubt this is freehold.... KIP Park, Wahyu and surrounding are all LEASEHOLD. |

Hopefully they would do something about the surrounding squatters and also workshops. Those are definitely an eye sore. You would have to pass by those shops everday to get to the place....
