Hopefully they would do something about the surrounding squatters and also workshops. Those are definitely an eye sore. You would have to pass by those shops everday to get to the place....

haha not very sure actually. Just looking around for a new property around this area... so far if it does launch at 600 psf.. i think its not bad.

I'm buying around this area most likely 90% to stay and finally move out from home but 10% flip if price does rocket sky high which i think is not very likely in the short term.

I only recently just found them!! In sri hartamas, running a hawker stall named "华友姐妹面档". It's located in a kopitiam where the back road of the shop is a dead end. Restaurant name is S11. The food is still as good as before too!
