Some info:
There will be 3 towers. Block A consists of 39 storey with 298 units. There will be 10 units in a floor. Ranging from 861 sq ft, 904 sq ft, 1044 sq ft, 1141 sq ft and 1227 sq ft. 861 and 904 sq ft comes with 1 car park while the rest with 2 car parks. Price is from 650 sq ft onwards, before discount. Discount will be deducted from the downpayment. |
