Apparently first blood trickled from budget 2014.
Some banks have frozen dibs approval. Some if not most ecosky purchaser is in a limbo now. Would we witness a massive withdrawal or drop out units? Would eco provide non dibs pricing structure at discounted rates? We shall see....... Soon....... |
