SA said that if bank loan not approve to meet your needs, then there will be no penalty charges and you will get 100% refund. One need to provide proof that loan has been decline. Sorry, not sure about pull out penalty wor.

Creative approach. Eligent negotiation. After all, u need to put your FD somewhere, why not the same back. But FD = loan amount will only be able by a few. There u go.

Most major banks has started to revoke DIBS. Those who has not, will have difficulty to provide further support, due to quota allocated for the said project. Options are running out. Just secure anything you feel best at current environment!
