650 psf
3% disc
7% dibs assumed savings for interests
30k worth of furnishing assumed

For about mid floor average size of 1000sf, you are looking at
15*2200=33k for incremental flr cost
650 + 33 = 683k
683k - 10% disc for dibs and early bird  = 614.7
614.7 - 30k worth of furnishing = 574.7k

So now you tell me, whether worth or not buying a bare unit fully discounted at mid floor (approx level 23) with size about 1000 sf at approx 574,700?

I dont know about pull out penalty. I dont have any intention to pull out after all the research, survey, queueing, stress, etc....

I only know it is NON-TRANSFERABLE.

IMHO Eco world did indeed have predicted this in budget with financials means to preempt it. But what it did not foresee is how to go about giving dibs to purchasers when bam ruled that all rebates and discounts be transparent and upfront about it.
Meaning Eco world would need to provide and publish ALL their discounts, rebates, dibs, etc to derive the actual cost first.
Using only this actual cost can bankers process the loans.

So Eco world can do two things easily.
Either maintain the price and just tell all purchaser, sorry lor, budget announcement so no more dibs. Too bad.
Or they can give discount up front to lower down the selling price.

Either way, looks like a messy affair.
Think similar problems should be applicable to Robertson too.

have you tried negotiating through putting up EQUAL amount to the loan in FD pledge to the bank for same amount of years?
