I got offers from 4 banks. Quite standard, BLR -2.4, 3 year lockdown from first drawdown. I chose CIMB because full flexi, cos I need the financial freedom.

I got the RHB -2.45 without MRTA inside the package. Just ask banker to exclude the MRTA. Nowadays they cannot force us to buy MRTA. If really the BLR rates not good after exclude MRTA, just go for other banks. All the offer I got still at BLR-2.4 and without MRTA. Just sharing....smile.gif

50 sounds very cheap... Bcoz lawyers will start preparing agreement after LO, some admin charges sure kena...

Chris can confirm the cancellation charges?
