during sp setia time, they more on the mid to high end development

but for eco world projects, more towards to luxury type developement..look at the eco sky and also their project at JB eco botanic...like timesless classic...

previous time in sp setia more like samsung...

now eco world more like apple...goes for luxury market...

EcoBot and EcoSky are their two maiden projects in MY. This team is used to winning awards. They will fell lethargic and allergies (macam Serba Tak betul) if they win nothing, nothing at all.

I can't term their projects as luxury markets as many will disagree as definition of luxury is not predefined. Not as well defined as GBI certification. Kekekeke.

Just called SA to check on DIBS situation. EcoWorld have sent letters to various banks to clarify and verify. All banks are waiting for clear cut instruction from BNM. However, if they cannot make it with DIBS, they have planned for backup solution. Let's wait and see.

Yup. Anyway, DPC is now a famous and established township. So developers like to set that as target and surpassed DPC. However, I think need effort, time, and response of market, plus luck. No harm, but the effort of EcoWorld trying to emulate DPC is welcomed.

i think wellplan township as nice as DPC is not a problem for ecoworld la...just the location for DPC is really much more better...smack between damansara and kl.....semenyih defintely is further location, so ecoworld wan to fight DPC, must put really hard effort on the design and township planning.

Yes desa patk city is just about 10km to damansara perdana.mutiara damansara and kl area, consider very near..

I signed the Letter Offer from bank. I think valid for 14days after bank approve your loan. Else you need to reapply or ask for extension of Letter Offer. You can wait for outcome of DIBS. I think EcoWorld will have a logic and good way forward.

Better think properly la before sign. If cannot pay very susah la.
